9x12 Design Package :: $595 Complete

Complete design of all the ads, 2 revisions, layout and press-ready PDF file delivery. Up to 18 ads.

M6 Design Package :: $395 Complete

Complete design of all the ads, 2 revisions, layout and press-ready PDF file delivery. Up to 6 ads.

Pricing updated Jan 10, 2023 ⋅ All current clients will retain their established pricing.

Pricing was based on the “Original”  BOB ROSS template layout. Layouts containing more than 20 ad spots may incur additional charges.

Non-designed Ad handling $5 per ad (Not Required) – Pre-flighting of supplied ads ensures they print properly and won’t cause issues during printing..

Our Process

Contact us by phone or email to discuss what you need.

Pay for your package. Your Workspace will be created in the Portal.

Start selling your ads.
Send ad materials, proof, and approve the ads.

When all Ads and the Card Layout is complete; I will provide your Press-ready files.

Turn-around time

My normal turn around time is between 24 to 48 hours per ad, for 7 to 10 days per card depending on my current workload. If you need something turned around faster, I will do my best to accommodate your timeline, however, there will be a per-ad or per card Rush charge. Contact me for details.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Ads, artwork and Assets must be sent as:

VECTOR ART:

• EPS (preferred) Text to Curves
—  Editable, send fonts

• AI (preferred) Text to curves.
—  Editable, send fonts

• PDF (non PSD) Text to curves.
—  Editable send fonts

RASTER ART:

• TIF – 300dpi, CMYK, EXACT SIZE ONLY

• JPG – 300dpi, CMYK, EXACT SIZE ONLY

• PSD – 300dpi, CMYK, EXACT SIZE ONLY

Ad Instructions must be place in a text file and uploaded with assets.

All artwork must be at least 300 dpi and at the ACTUAL SIZE (or proportionally larger) than the ad will run at. If the artwork is lower dpi, or too small in size, the ad or artwork will be pixilated when in is printed.

9x12design.com/Taodesigns accepts no responsibility for supplied graphics files.

Additional charges may apply is significant work needs to be done to supplied artwork.

AVOID sending art or logos that have been downloaded from the internet, Generally these images are 72 dpi and not appropriate for printing.

We accept native files from the following Adobe software: InDesign,Illustrator, Photoshop and Pagemaker.

Terms of Service:

Artwork must be supplied: Photos, logo etc. in a usable format – Custom art creation will be billed at $45 per hour (Does NOT include logo design).
