Refund/Reprint Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair as possible. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before Design Work Begins: If the business card has not yet been designed, a full 100% refund will be issued.

  • After Design Work is Completed: If the design process has started and the card has been completed but not yet ordered, a partial refund will be issued, minus a $45 design fee. You get to keep the design file.

  • After the Order is Placed: Once the business card has been ordered—whether it has shipped or not—no refunds will be issued.

  • If there is a problem with the printing process – we reprint, not refund. This does not apply to errors or omissions during the design and proofing process.
